Responsibilities

Comply with the Data Management Policies aligning to Master Data to execution across the organization.

Plan, coordinate and actively manage the delivery strategies for Master Data, as well as complex, cross-functional technical solutions that span multiple, technical products.

Ensure end-to-end plans are inclusive of all technical product changes that are needed to support initiative outcomes.

Shape, evangelize, and drive multi-year enterprise data strategy.

Influence senior leaders to best support Fragomen’s mission and the mission of Fragomen’s department of Master Data.

Lead the strategy and development of high impact data solutions for the enterprise.

Tailor specifics of strategy to each domain’s individualized needs.

Develop standards for monitoring and measuring the quality and execution of data transformation to ensure outcomes and results are achieved.

Communicate overall progress to senior leadership.

Take initiative to anticipate opportunities, propose new initiatives, develop partner roadmaps, and strengthen partner relationships.

Facilitate cross domain cooperation and consistency.
