Responsibilities

Assists in the development and maintenance of the organizations Annual Mobilization and Strategy outline;

Regularly works to increase the organizations membership; and

Regularly strategizes recruitment efforts for new members and volunteers;

Fosters community with all general members and individual members of said department;

Oversees the orientation and integration process for new staffers and/or volunteers;

Oversees the develop and implementation of trainings and workshops for new and existing staffers and/or volunteers, in conjunction with any other applicable members of the Leadership team;

Regularly provides comprehensive and detailed reports to the organization's Chief of Staff.
