Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage a national high-ticket sales strategy.
Identify, qualify, and close cold and warm leads using a pre-determined customer list.
Build and optimize a sales funnel, leveraging CRM tools like Hubspot, Go High Level, or comparable platforms.
Cultivate relationships with real estate professionals and organizations to generate leads.
Create sales copy and tailor pitches to meet diverse client needs.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing national sales team.
Monitor KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics, driving accountability and results.
Ensure compliance with all federal and state sales laws, including disclosures and telemarketing regulations.

Required
Proven track record in high-ticket sales ($2,500+ per transaction), ideally in real estate or SaaS industries.
Experience building and managing sales platforms and pipelines for SaaS companies.
Strong cold approach and lead cultivation skills, with the ability to consistently close deals.
Proficiency in CRM platforms like Go High Level, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire a team.
Understanding of federal and state laws related to sales, including Do Not Call regulations and truth-in-advertising rules.
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial with a passion for achieving measurable results.
Preferred
Prior real estate or real estate sales experience is highly preferred.
