Responsibilities
Oversee onboarding, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
Coordinate with external accountants and auditors.
Ensure company operations comply with legal requirements.
Manage contracts, agreements, and corporate documentation.
Liaise with legal counsel as needed.
Lead the creation of a sister company to function as the EOR for placed assistants.
Develop and implement operational frameworks for the new entity.
Ensure seamless integration and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements across departments.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, with a focus on HR, finance, and legal functions
Proven experience in establishing and managing new business entities or subsidiaries
Strong understanding of EOR services and related compliance requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in financial software and HR information systems
Preferred
MBA preferred
