Responsibilities

Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and growth objectives.
Proactively ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet KPIs while maintaining company profitability.
Lead a team of 30+ professionals, fostering a high-performing culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Coach managers to build leadership capacity and operational expertise, providing supervision, feedback, and recognition.
Partner with Human Resources and Training Manager to implement training initiatives that upskill employees for evolving roles.
Foster a culture of learning, growth, and adaptability at all levels while inspiring and guiding employees through change and growth as a transformational leader.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to collect and integrate feedback, ensuring processes and procedures remain effective and relevant.
Oversee and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring a customer-first experience and high operating standards.
Lead and develop the escrow team to ensure timely responses and high-quality customer support.
Streamline processes by leveraging technology and team structure to eliminate bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and drive organizational growth.
Analyze performance and productivity gaps using data-driven insights, implementing sustainable improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and monitor KPIs to track progress, and drive continuous improvement.
Adapt solutions to accommodate increasing volumes and complexity, providing training, support, and necessary adjustments.
Communicate expectations and changes clearly to ensure team alignment and operational consistency.
Identify growth opportunities and work with key stakeholders to leverage technology to enhance operations.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process optimization.
Implement scalable systems and processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure seamless operational integration.
Ensure the escrow teams consistently deliver exceptional service to clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Integrate agency relationship building and management into the team’s daily culture and operations.
Oversee service quality and adherence to standards, using performance metrics to drive improvements.
Proactively identify and address opportunities to enhance the client experience.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices, legal guidelines, and company policies.
Implement strategies to effectively manage and mitigate operational risks.

Required

10+ years of senior leadership experience in operations, preferably in financial services or a related field.
Team-first attitude and ability to successfully communicate across all levels of the organization.
Proven track record of leading organizations through growth and change.
Strong background in process optimization, employee development, and operational scaling.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams across multiple locations.
Expertise in leveraging technology to enhance operational processes.
Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and dashboard development.
Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and project management.

Preferred

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience preferred.
Some knowledge of the assisted reproduction industry or escrow processes.
Experience creating and implementing job descriptions, training programs, and performance evaluation frameworks.
