Responsibilities
Regularly brainstorm new revenue-generating ideas and strategies with the CEO, then turn ideas into action, including documenting for the team and creating systems and processes
Turn high-level goals and ideas into detailed, actionable steps, with clear timelines and milestones.
Manage the process of redoing marketing funnels for template customers and custom clients. This includes outlining, coordinating, overseeing, and editing the final product.
Assist with creating, building, and launching a mastermind and/or a membership, including leading the funnel build and asset creation
Assist with workshop and webinar creation
Appear on camera for webinars and trainings (optional)
Create outlines and put together content for webinars and trainings
Review, suggest, and ideate marketing campaigns
Study tech, style, and behavior trends in the digital marketing space and use them to inform strategy
Study marketing and financial data and use it to make data-driven decisions
Lead the team to create websites for clients, including building, design, and copy
Manage Squarespace template sales, including coordinating team members for support as needed
Suggest and assist with creating new Squarespace website templates
Show up on and participate in mastermind calls
Coordinate VIP affiliate partnerships
Assist with social media graphic design if/as needed
Use spreadsheets, charts, and project management tools to organize tasks, set deadlines, and keep projects on track.
Create documentation for any changes to offerings, existing systems and processes, and new services
Manage and track profit margins and pricing structures
Assist with Zapier connections, funnel, integrations, and other tech-related needs
Collect, review, and pay invoices
Ensure team alignment by clarifying expectations and maintaining open communication on roles and responsibilities.
Conduct new employee hiring and onboard and train new employees
Manage and lead team members to achieve goals
Host team meetings and encourage positive team morale
Occasional travel for in-person gatherings or events
