Responsibilities

Manage and ensure successful completion of current operational initiatives, including insurance, Vendor Relations/Negotiations, and acquisition integrations.

Lead multiple high-priority projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives.

Develop and implement standardized processes for improved efficiency and scalability, while planning for future project components.

Create dashboards and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project progress, risks, and deliverables.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, ensuring project requirements are met and objectives are achieved.

Continuously enhance integration methodologies, tools, and processes to drive efficiency across the organization.

Proactively identify and address project risks, ensuring smooth execution.

Lead daily stand-ups, status updates, and post-mortem evaluations to document best practices and lessons learned.

Work closely with the SVP of Operations to align resources with priorities and ensure projects remain on track and cost-effective.

Required

PMP or equivalent project management certification required.

7+ years in project management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing complex integrations.

Proven expertise in integrating processes, teams, and systems within strict timelines and budgets.

Proficiency in Agile project management and other methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches based on project needs.

Advanced skills in project management tools such as Jira.

Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.

Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field required.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Preferred

Master’s degree preferred.
