Responsibilities

Oversee and optimize administrative functions such as recruiting onboarding, performance management, and training.

Manage internal organization and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and objectives.

Serve as the primary liaison with OCLC departments (Legal, HR, Finance, and Marketing) to facilitate smooth collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to support proposal development efforts, providing operational insights and expertise.

Provide guidance and support for change management initiatives, particularly those impacting clients.

Work closely with the Managing Partner to oversee revenue operations, including billing and project profitability.

Manage internal budgets and financial planning.

Build and lead a high-performing operations team.

Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Required

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in the consulting industry, with a strong background in ERP.

Proven track record of leading and managing teams.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.

Experience in change management and project management.
