Responsibilities
Collaborate with the VP of Operations and Division Managers to translate corporate strategies into actionable plans and initiatives for operational units.
Provide leadership and guidance to Division Managers in multiple geographic regions, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and financial targets, implementing strategies to optimize performance and efficiency across an assigned geographical region.
Head continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery, leveraging best practices and technological advancements.
Optimize staffing levels, equipment utilization, and resource allocation across assigned areas to meet operational demands and achieve budgetary goals.
Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, ensure exceptional service delivery, resolve issues promptly, and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies, mitigating risks, and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.
Mentor and develop Division Managers and operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth while fostering a culture of teamwork with cross-functional partners.

Required
Must be 18 years of age or older.
8+ years of operations related progressive experience in a food production/sanitation environment, with demonstrated success in overseeing and managing multiple operational units.
Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
Working knowledge of government regulations (EPA, USDA, OSHA), safety standards, and best practices sanitation or related industries.
Proficient computer skills associated with Microsoft Office and basic skills required to learn new programs.
A valid driver’s license.
Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining long-time customer relationships.
Preferred
Demonstrated ability to think strategically with the ability to evaluate complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
Ability to motivate teams to succeed.
Proven history of working well within a team, including adherence to core values and dynamic corporate culture.
