Responsibilities

Drive daily operational excellence, optimizing workflows, quality standards, and cross-department integration to scale with the company’s growth.

Partner closely with finance, sales, and marketing to align operational initiatives with revenue goals, customer outreach, and strategic priorities.

Lead the enhancement of CRM and sales processes in Salesforce, ensuring data integration that improves lead tracking, sales reporting, and conversions.

Develop and implement SOPs for sales support, equipping teams with effective tools and resources for impactful customer engagement.

Oversee end-to-end supply chain management, including vendor relationships, procurement, logistics, and compliance.

Implement inventory controls to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and support smooth operations, even during demand fluctuations.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, Medicare/Medicaid, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations.

Lead quality assurance initiatives, including audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement programs to maintain high standards.

Manage and enhance customer support functions, establishing SLAs and performance metrics that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with the sales and care teams to elevate the patient journey, ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to follow-up.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.

Leverage data insights to identify bottlenecks, drive operational improvements, and provide actionable reporting to senior leadership.
