Responsibilities

Underwriting
Develope and doucment processes and procedures, focusing on E&S products then Admitted products
Testing systems and making adjustments and enhancements
Internal audits / Quality control
Communicates with regulatory officials on interpretation and compliance issues regularly
Running daily reports and communicate them to management, carriers, and reinsurers
Handling system problems and policy problems
Other duties as assigned.

Required

Help oversee the daily and monthly processing and operations Res EQ, focusing on E&S products.
Senior underwriting, increased authority levels and customer service.
Daily and month end operations, such as reporting, auditing and reconciliations.
Policy and quoting system testing creating processes and procedures for E&S products and other products.
Assisting in additional carrier migration from Innovex / Innovation to Inow and other key operation initiatives.
Underwriting.

Communicates with regulatory officials on interpretation and compliance issues regularly.
