Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence across multiple teams, managing a workforce of 100+ members.
Continuously monitor and maintain the Team Performance Index (TPI) to meet or exceed established benchmarks.
Ensure individual teams consistently achieve their KPIs and project objectives.
Develop and execute performance improvement strategies for teams underperforming against targets.
Oversee resource allocation and optimization across multiple concurrent projects.
Establish and refine systems to track and analyze team performance metrics.
Provide regular performance insights and reports to the Director of Revenue Retention.
Proactively identify and address operational challenges impacting team performance.

Required
Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale teams (100+ members).
Expertise in using performance management systems and KPI tracking tools.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and optimize team performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Preferred
Experience in lead generation or digital marketing operations.
Familiarity with marketplace models and real-time project management.
MBA or an advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
Proficiency in performance optimization tools and methodologies.
A history of implementing successful performance improvement initiatives.
