Responsibilities

Partner with corporate safety team to set and drive safety culture.

Lead, coach, and develop self-perform fiber splicing teams with an emphasis on safety and production.

Establish Performance Indicators tied to financial budgets.

Drive teams to meet or exceed safety and production Key Performance Indicators.

Direct teams responsible for fiber placement, splicing, and testing.

Develop schedules for cable placing, splicing, terminating, and testing of OSP fiber network.

Evaluate, pre-qualify, and select team members.

Recruit subcontract splicers to augment capacity.

Capture required deliverables and test results for successful closeout of service areas.

Coordinate resources deployment to meet market schedule delivery.

Oversee Fiber Quality Assurance Program.

Maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders.
