Responsibilities
Drive new district/school partnerships and manage renewals
Implement and monitor B2C sales
Conduct RFP research and oversee the application process
Establish and manage channel sales, track performance, and optimize strategies
Manage sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
Develop and execute targeted drip campaigns for key market segments
Maximize conference ROI within budget and oversee promotion/follow-up
Align marketing efforts with industry trends and organizational goals
Stay current with industry trends and integrate insights into strategy
Define each step of the partner journey and establish seasonal sales cycles
Develop partner profiles using Story Brand methodologies
Collaborate with executive leadership to meet and exceed sales projections

Required
3+ years of sales experience in education or procurement experience in a school/district setting
Bachelor’s degree in business, liberal arts, education, or a social studies-related field
Familiarity with educational technology or AI-powered tools
Preferred
Master’s degree
