Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various channels.
Utilize data analytics to measure marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and identify new opportunities.
Manage the performance marketing budget effectively and optimize ROI.
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing performance marketing team.
Continuously optimize performance across all channels to maximize ROI.
Implement A/B testing to identify and optimize high-performing marketing tactics.

Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
