Responsibilities
Increase the engagement of our subscriber base with our content.
Improve Retention by providing relevant content for our users based on their needs and fitness industry trends.
Improve discoverability of our content by optimizing the placement of our content and creating personalized experiences.
Content Strategy & Roadmap Development: Create and manage a strategic content roadmap for iFIT's workout content based on user feedback, data-driven insights, and emerging fitness trends. Ensure that content aligns with the needs of our audience and supports the overall company goals.
Data-Driven Content Creation: Leverage analytics, user data, and industry trends to determine which types of content (modality, style, length, distance, etc.) should be created to maximize engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Content Placement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content placement strategy, ensuring that workouts are optimized for discoverability and engagement across iFIT's platform (website, app, and other touchpoints). Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure content is featured in the most effective ways.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to align content initiatives with broader business objectives and marketing campaigns. Work to ensure content is integrated into the user experience and communicates iFIT's brand and value proposition effectively.
Trend Spotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of fitness industry trends, incorporating relevant insights into content creation to ensure iFIT remains a leader in innovative fitness solutions. Identify opportunities to introduce new modalities, styles, and formats that resonate with both current and potential subscribers.
Content Optimization & Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of all content to understand what resonates with our users. Use data to continuously refine content strategy, making adjustments to optimize engagement and retention.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
8+ years of product management or product marketing experience, with a focus on driving revenue and profit while reducing churn in digital subscription-based businesses.
Preferred
Demonstrated examples of product launches influenced by your insights; a successful track record utilizing data driven decision making
Demonstrated experience writing clear Product Requirement Documents (PRD's) and Marketing Requirement Documents (MRD's) to inform product development priorities
Successful examples of partnering with marketing teams to build campaigns that drive successful outcomes including incremental subscribers, revenue and profits
