Responsibilities
Listen, fully understand, and anticipate the needs of current and prospective customers.
Work with marketing team to define product roadmap and ensure sustainable differentiation.
Conduct feasibility studies for high performance amplifiers, ADC, and DAC IP developments.
Identify new product ideas and convert them into objective specifications.
Collaborate with design, apps, marketing, sales/FAE, and customers throughout product development.
Own objective specifications and author preliminary datasheets.

Required
BSEE/MSEE degree or advanced degree plus minimum 15 years of experience in high performance analog applications with consistent track record of results.
In depth knowledge in programmable gain amplifier, ADC, and DAC applications.
Intimate knowledge of various power conversion architectures is a plus.
Experience in proposing, defining, and developing semiconductor products.
Expertise in using lab equipment to debug and evaluate high performance analog products.
Ability to understand the customers’ problems and needs, and to propose a solution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts and meet deadlines.
