Responsibilities

Create personalized messages through push, email, SMS, and in-app notifications to enhance user interaction and drive conversions.
Execute a strategic roadmap for experimenting with push notifications, SMS, and emails to boost engagement among Creators and Shoppers.
Work closely with marketing, engineering, data analysts, and designers to assess communication effectiveness and refine strategies.
Implement personalization tactics based on user behaviors and preferences to enhance their experience.
Provide visionary leadership in shaping the future of user-facing communications to deliver impactful solutions in a dynamic setting.
Define product requirements, plan, design, and document new features and enhancements.
