Define the direction for the platform supporting multiple products to provide compounding value

Direct core SafeLease products to expand and enable company growth

Conduct user and market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends

Translate market insights into actionable product concepts

Coordinate with Product Management team to ensure product success

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product requirements aligned with business goals

Drive product development initiatives from prototyping to launch

Create and refine internal processes to address facility issues efficiently

Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to guide product decisions
