Responsibilities
Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond.
Work closely with software engineers to develop Magna’s digital products.
Strategize with internal and external stakeholders for product development.

Required
10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex software concepts
Experience managing relationships with third-party development firms
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to interface effectively with C-level executives and key stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings and industry events
Preferred
Experience in the legal industry or bringing AI products to market is a significant plus
MBA preferred
Agile/Scrum certification is desirable
