Responsibilities
Effectively coach a team of Product Managers
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders
Partner with the directors User Experience/Design and Software Engineering to establish a product strategy that ties back to the product vision
Build partnerships and trust across multiple channels with a high level of business acumen
Cast long term vision of Product Management at Ramsey Solutions

Required
5+ years of current experience leading and coaching strong Digital Product Managers.
3+ years as an individual contributor as a Digital Product Manager.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build partnerships and influences at all levels.
Ability to galvanize your team on the vision of our products and Product Management as a whole.
Following the teachings of Marty Cagan's Empowered and Inspired books.
