Responsibilities
Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to align operational goals with the company’s strategic objectives.
Drive product strategy execution by managing timelines, resource allocation, and cross-functional initiatives.
Act as a key advisor to the product leadership team, providing insights on operational scalability and efficiency.
Develop and implement processes to streamline product development, release management, and go-to-market activities.
Create and manage KPIs to measure product performance, customer adoption, and operational success.
Oversee tools and systems to enhance product lifecycle management, from ideation to sunset.
Establish and maintain a robust data infrastructure to track customer feedback, product usage, and market trends.
Provide actionable insights to product managers and stakeholders, enabling informed decisions.
Monitor competitive intelligence and industry benchmarks to ensure the company remains ahead of cybersecurity trends.
Act as a liaison between product management, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
Work closely with the customer success team to effectively capture and address customer needs.
Facilitate executive-level reporting on product roadmaps, performance, and risks.

Required
Should be located in the eastern or central timezone.
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or related roles.
Proven success in SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity or a related industry.
Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and align diverse teams.
