Responsibilities
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
Supervise and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to junior staff.
Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and challenges proactively.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and regulatory requirements.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management within heavy civil construction.
Proven experience managing large-scale projects with complex requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
Preferred
PMP or equivalent project management certification
