Responsibilities
Revenue Growth Leadership: Oversee the organization's diverse revenue streams, including real estate investments, workforce development contracts, and grants.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with investors interested in impactful real estate ventures, driving returns while advancing H2H’s mission.
Funding Acquisition: Leverage knowledge of state and federal workforce development contracts and collaborate with our grant-preparation partners to secure new opportunities.
Investor Relations: Bring existing investor networks or develop new relationships with individuals passionate about achieving financial success through real estate investments.
Operational Excellence: Ensure follow-up, follow-through, and execution on all revenue-driving initiatives, working closely with our real estate team and legal advisors.
