Required
Proven professional experience in the field of risk management
Earned FRM, ARM, or other professional risk management designation
Excellent cross-functional leadership skills
Deep experience in risk management and compliance including emergency preparedness and health and safety
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven results in leading organizational changes in risk management
Analytical and adept at problem-solving and decision-making
Preferred
Based in Oakland, CA or willing to work a hybrid schedule in other locations
Excited to work collaboratively with colleagues in person Tues-Thurs with flexibility to work remotely on Mon & Fri
