Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive sales execution guides for each marketing campaign period, providing sales teams with clear instructions and strategies to go to market.
Deploy and evaluate market tools such as POS, Sell Sheets, Displays to the sales team and ensure understanding through effective education and training sessions.
Work with consumer/shopper insights to create impactful selling tools
Ensure seamless execution of campaigns across various channels by collaborating with the marketing team.
Develop and manage internal and external sales incentives to motivate sales teams and drive performance.
Monitor incentive programs to ensure effectiveness and make adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
Coordinate OOH advertising efforts, including truck wraps and billboards, to maximize brand visibility.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Identify opportunities for synergy between marketing and sales initiatives.
Work with the analytics team to create market surveys and gather feedback from campaigns.
Utilize survey data and feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in trade marketing, retail execution, or related field sales.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate insights into actionable initiatives.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Experience managing internal and external sales incentives programs.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated experience in vendor management and coordinating OOH advertising efforts.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

MBA preferred.
