Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in utilities, municipalities, and water districts
Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs
Collaborate with Israeli R&D team to align product development with market needs
Represent the company at major industry events and conferences
Design and implement sales processes, compensation plans, and territory strategies
Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance to executive leadership
Drive strategic partnerships and large-scale commercial agreements

Required
Minimum 6 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role
Extensive network and proven relationships within the US water industry
Track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets
Experience selling technology solutions to utilities and municipalities
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams
Strong understanding of utility sales cycles and procurement processes
Experience working with international teams
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience with water infrastructure, leak detection, or related technologies
Previous experience working with Israeli technology companies
Understanding of Israeli business culture and communication styles
Background in SaaS or technology sales to utilities
