Responsibilities
Lead by Example in Sales: Take charge of direct sales efforts, focusing on selling our custom websites and digital marketing services to small and mid-sized businesses in various sectors (e.g., carpentry, floristry, healthcare, pet care, mortgage, etc.).
Build and Lead a High-Performing Sales Team: Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team of sales professionals who share your passion for innovative, AI-driven digital marketing.
Develop Revenue-Driven Strategies: Drive growth by creating and executing strategies focused on new customer acquisition and building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Deliver Creative AI Marketing Solutions: Act as a strategic marketing advisor by designing and delivering digital marketing strategies that leverage AI technology to tackle small business marketing challenges and provide clients with impactful solutions.
Shape Sales Processes: Establish and refine best practices in sales, covering lead generation, nurturing, and closing strategies that leverage our AI-driven platform.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to deliver exceptional value to clients.
Market Analysis & Strategic Insights: Keep a close eye on industry trends and competitor activities, using these insights to improve our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

Required
7+ years of experience in sales with a record of meeting and exceeding targets, ideally in digital marketing, SaaS, or related fields.
Proven experience building and leading high-performance sales teams with a focus on coaching, mentorship, and development.
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, web development solutions, and the ability to offer AI-powered, creative solutions tailored to small business needs.
Skilled in developing and executing growth-oriented strategies that align with company goals and address market trends.
Willingness to actively sell and close deals, setting a high standard for your team through example.
