Responsibilities

Manage incoming RFP projects from start to finish, including opening the project, developing the timeline, handling non-disclosure agreements, coordinating assignments with internal and external team members, setting up phone calls/follow-ups, working with translation companies, etc.
Maintain a current library of RFP responses and frequently asked questions.
Develop and work with a network of in-house resources across all regions and job-functions to answer product-specific RFP questions.
Package, execute, and deliver final RFPs based on client specifications.
Connect with management across the company to approve RFP content.
Interact with our Qvidian RFP management platform.
Collaborate on enhancements and process improvements to our current format and content.
Ensure all responses are timely and accurate; all deadlines met.
Perform market and client intelligence research.
Maintain competitor intelligence and work with leadership to cascade to our commercial teams.
Track RFP results via SalesForce and compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Ad-hoc duties as needed, including basic due diligence requests.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working within deadlines
The ability to work independently and function as part of a team
Strong time-management skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred

Experience working with Qvidian, or similar RFP software
Ambitious and easy to work with
Assertive and able to communicate urgency when necessary
