Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to empower the sales team with the tools, resources, and insights needed to effectively engage clients and close deals.
Design playbooks, training programs, and enablement resources to enhance sales performance and improve alignment across teams.
Conduct win-loss analyses to identify trends, refine strategies, and optimize the sales process to drive business growth.
Collaborate with leadership to define and implement best practices for client engagement, opportunity management, and solution development.
Writing and Customizing RFP Responses, tailoring RFPs, proposals, and bids to meet client-specific needs, ensuring all deliverables are high-quality, compelling, and delivered on time.
Collaborating with subject matter experts and the sales team to customize responses, leveraging the RFP library as a reference while developing client-focused, unique solutions.
Partnering with the sales team to create and articulate complete solutions that address client challenges and align seamlessly with sales strategies.
Building and maintaining a repository of templates, standard language, and collateral to streamline processes while ensuring proposals reflect each opportunity’s unique requirements.
Lead the creation and refinement of client-facing materials, including presentations, case studies, and proposals, ensuring alignment with UnifyCX’s brand and value proposition.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop tailored, innovative solutions that address client pain points and business objectives.
Ensure all materials effectively communicate the company’s unique strengths, capabilities, and competitive advantages.
Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies, messaging, and execution, ensuring consistency and impact.
Manage and mentor a team of content creators, designers, and proposal specialists to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet business objectives.
Provide training and guidance to team members, enabling them to adapt to changing market trends and evolving client needs.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
5+ years of experience in the contact center/BPO industry.
RFP/proposal project management is a must.
Strong understanding of industry trends, the use of AI and advanced technology in the contact center and BPO space, evolving customer expectations, and compliance standards to create proposals that meet and exceed client requirements.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to grammar, tone, clarity, and conciseness.
Proven experience creating RFPs, proposals, sales presentations, and other marketing collateral.
Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team, including RFP managers, content writers, and designers.
Outstanding ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and subject matter experts.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and effectively while meeting tight deadlines.
Proficient in using RFP automation tools (Loopio, RFP360, Responsive/RFPIO, Qvidian, etc.), SharePoint databases, and MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
