Responsibilities
Oversee the adoption, optimization, and customization of Salesforce platforms, including Sales, Service & Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
Align Salesforce solutions with business objectives and KPIs.
Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems for smooth data flows and operations.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate and manage global delivery teams, ensuring effective collaboration across time zones.
Define delivery frameworks and enforce best practices for project execution, governance, and quality assurance.
Proactively address project risks and resolve delivery challenges to ensure successful outcomes.
Collaborate with sales and account teams to design tailored Salesforce solutions for client needs.
Develop and deliver compelling pitch decks, demonstrations, and technical proposals.
Serve as the technical expert in pre-sales meetings, showcasing Salesforce capabilities and value propositions.
Support RFP responses and contribute to solution strategies that drive business growth.
Utilize Salesforce Einstein and other AI tools for predictive analytics and workflow automation.
Implement Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data and generate actionable insights.
Leverage data to drive decision-making and improve customer experiences.
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and delivery specialists.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
Define team goals, track performance, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Collaborate with clients to define project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
Communicate progress, challenges, and results to executive leadership and clients.

Required
10+ years of experience in IT or technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in Salesforce-focused delivery.
Proven track record of managing global delivery teams and successfully delivering large-scale projects.
Experience in pre-sales, including creating pitch decks, technical proposals, and RFP responses.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation, and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
Expertise in AI technologies such as Salesforce Einstein and machine learning applications.
Proficiency in data modeling, analytics, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Strong ability to manage global, cross-functional teams across different time zones.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead complex delivery projects while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred
Master’s degree preferred.
