Responsibilities
Develop and implement service sales strategies aligned with organizational goals to drive growth and profitability across the US and Canada.
Actively manage and nurture key customer accounts to ensure exceptional service delivery and foster long-term relationships.
Build and mentor a high-performing service sales team, creating a robust talent pipeline and fostering professional growth.
Work closely with new equipment sales teams to identify “up-sell” and “cross-sell” opportunities, enhancing customer experience and revenue.
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the service sales team, ensuring a consistent approach, resource optimization, and high performance.
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy based on regional requirements, competitive landscapes, and resource availability.
Set, track, and achieve sales targets and KPIs for the service sales team, ensuring consistent market reach and growth.
Lead the offer management process, including defining scope, pricing, and technical detailing, while ensuring service profitability.
Support product development initiatives and collaborate with the product management team to align service offerings with customer needs.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital equipment or service sales.
Proven ability to manage and motivate remote teams effectively.
Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics, integrity, and fostering a diverse workplace.
Exceptional leadership and vision in managing staff, projects, and initiatives.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact across all organizational levels and cultures.
Expertise in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Proficient in building and implementing service sales strategies to achieve measurable results.
Willingness to travel up to 75%, including occasional international travel.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with service offerings and market requirements for diverse customer groups is a plus.
