Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision, aligning it with company strategy and market needs.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research, identify competitor landscape, and analyze user trends to inform product development decisions.
Requirement Gathering: Collect and prioritize user feedback, translate business needs into detailed product requirements, and create user stories.
Product Roadmap: Define a product roadmap with clear milestones, feature prioritization, and release timelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure smooth product development and launch.
Feature Prioritization: Evaluate feature requests based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
Agile Methodology: Utilize Agile practices to manage product development, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product backlog refinement.
Metrics and Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze product usage data, and use insights to inform product improvements.
User Experience (UX): Collaborate with designers to ensure a user-friendly and intuitive product experience.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and internal teams.

Required
Extensive (5+ years) and provable understanding of software development processes, technologies, and technical constraints.
Experience with ESRI’s offerings.
Strong ability to empathize with users, gather feedback, and prioritize customer needs.
Prior experience (5+ years) in a Public Safety-focused Product role with preferred emphasis on Fire and Emergency Management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey product vision and requirements to cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on insights.
Capability to identify and resolve complex product issues, balancing trade-offs between features, time, and cost.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams towards achieving product goals.
Must be a US citizen and able to pass an extensive background check.
