Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap that aligns with corporate objectives.

Lead innovations that enhance efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and secure Connsci's competitive advantage.

Provide solutions architecture for various proposals as well as active client engagements

Solution prototypes, demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs) to showcase capabilities and features solutions

Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) providing high-level technical knowledge around architecture, integration, and deployment of software solutions.

Advise clients on best practices to maximize value and efficiency.

Research and stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to identify business needs and recommend scalable solutions.

Work closely with the business development team to understand customer needs and provide pre-sales technical support.

Support the sales cycle by responding to RFPs/RFIs, creating solution proposals, and preparing technical documentation.

Deliver presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Connsci and our solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; understand their business needs, challenges, and goals; and provide tailored solutions.
