Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management: Own a portfolio of named enterprise accounts, focusing on both new business opportunities and cross-sell potential within existing clients.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers, including senior executives and stakeholders, within large insurance organizations.
Sales Leadership: Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring that engagements are strategically aligned with client needs and delivering long-term commercial value.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Success team to ensure that clients are onboarded effectively, enabling successful implementations that drive ROI.
Thought Leadership: Become an industry expert, advising clients on best practices, trends, and how our AI-powered solutions can enhance their business performance.
Revenue Growth: Continuously seek new opportunities for revenue expansion, creating strategies to accelerate growth within your assigned accounts.

Required
10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of securing large contracts and expanding relationships at tier-1 companies.
A deep understanding of the insurance industry, or a strong ability to quickly learn and become a trusted partner to your clients.
Experience working at early-stage, hypergrowth startups, where you’ve demonstrated the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Excellence in executive-level sales conversations, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close large enterprise deals.
Driven, competitive, and results-oriented with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that transform client businesses.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and are comfortable engaging with senior executives.
Based in the Tri-state area (NYC, NJ, CT) or Chicago, and are willing to meet clients in-person several days a week.
