Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within your assigned territory by leveraging your personal network, sales acumen, market insights, and strategic outreach.
Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets, with a focus on engaging employers, benefits consultants, and other key partners.
Partner with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to deliver seamless, client-focused solutions that align with Cariloop’s value proposition.
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Serve as a brand ambassador for Cariloop at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, showcasing the company’s mission and solutions.

Required
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, strategic development, business development, or a related field, preferably within the employee benefits or healthcare sectors.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, employee benefits, or related fields.
Strong understanding of the Northeast market and its unique dynamics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to anticipate market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with brokers, prospects and partners.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technology.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field of study preferred.
