Responsibilities

Lead special projects for areas the CEO personally oversees by partnering with stakeholders within and outside of Ondo, including (but not limited to) leaders in Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Business Development.

Serve as a swiss army knife for solving any problem.

Prep the CEO for all key engagements and decisions, and when needed act as his stand-in.

Proactively resolve problems, and deal with issues before they get to CEO.

Develop compelling content and narratives for the CEO for internal and external consumption (company presentations, investors presentations, external interviews and appearances, key meetings etc.).

Serve as a cultural touchstone for the team, advising the CEO and leadership on habits, rituals, programs, and other ways to nourish and build the desired team culture.

Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership, elevating insights and analysis on company operations, key management decisions, and other areas.

Required

BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience

4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, Private Equity and/or in a business operations, strategy or product role at a high growth technology company

Strong analytical, and problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment

Demonstrated interest in crypto and experience with onchain applications
