Responsibilities
Oversee the development and execution of strategic research projects aligned with organizational goals.
Work with volunteer committee members to manage ongoing projects and develop new programs.
Develop and foster relationships with partner organizations, with particular emphasis on partners that can help move the HSF mission forward.
Develop and manage budgets for strategic initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify programmatic and strategic needs and prioritize projects accordingly.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic planning efforts.
Work effectively with a small, but growing, team.

Required
Bachelor’s degree.
Proven experience in project management with a track record of successfully managing multiple programs and initiatives.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products.
Experience working with a non-profit, NGO, or Foundation is a big plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, is of paramount importance.
