Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of high-performing Strategic Account Executives, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
Develop and execute targeted initiatives for new customer acquisition in the Public Safety market, ensuring alignment with overall sales objectives.
Continuously monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to craft informed and effective sales strategies.
Work closely with the sales leadership team and other company departments to refine and implement sales strategies that effectively address regional market needs and opportunities.
Oversee and guide the team in nurturing and sustaining customer and partner relationships, playing a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Contribute to updating and maintaining the sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer feedback to optimize sales efforts and outcomes.

Required
10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role directly managing Account Executives within the Public Safety Technology Sector (or related fields).
Deep understanding of Public Safety/ 911 agencies and the unique challenges they face.
Demonstrates exceptional analytical skills and strategic planning abilities with a track record of developing successful sales strategies for the largest Public Safety agencies in the country.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and foster meaningful relationships with clients.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales teams.
Highly motivated and adaptable, ready to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment, with a resilience that matches the urgency of public safety challenges.
Willingness and ability to travel within the region to meet with clients and understand their needs firsthand.
A proactive approach to learning and professional development in the public safety technology landscape.
