Required

Minimum 12 years of progressive leadership experience in talent development, learning design, or workforce strategy.

Expertise in leveraging advanced LMS platforms (e.g., Workday, Degreed, EdCast, Cornerstone OnDemand) to drive learning effectiveness.
Strong background in data-driven decision-making and demonstrating ROI for learning initiatives.
Exceptional ability to build consensus and influence across diverse teams, including at the executive level.
