Responsibilities

Build, develop, and lead high-performing team comprised of Technical Product Managers and analysts

Establish effective data governance practices to ensure data quality, fidelity, and accessibility.

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of transformation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Collaborate with technical delivery teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure system architectures.

Lead change management initiatives to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new systems and processes.

Foster strong relationships with business leaders across various departments to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization.

Required

10+ years of experience in system transformation, digital transformation or other enterprise application, business technology or operational roles

5+ years of hands on experience with Salesforce

Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex system implementations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams, including technical, business, and functional teams

Preferred

Experience with SQL

Experience with Netsuite

Experience with SaaS operations

Experience with SoX compliance enablement
