Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the day-to-day technology operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and execute strategic plans to manage cross-technology functions, including audit requirements, CISO requirements, security score improvement, and technical debt reduction.
Plan and execute the delivery of technology releases, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
Coordinate and manage dependencies between different technology teams to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Ensure that all technology operations comply with regulatory and audit requirements, and work closely with security teams to maintain and improve the organization’s security posture.
Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to technology operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Act as the primary point of contact for technology operations, providing regular updates to senior leadership and ensuring clear communication across all levels of the organization.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the technology operations team, encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in technology operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in managing cross-functional technology initiatives.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, security, and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with audit processes, security frameworks, and technical debt management.
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive operational excellence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement solutions that align with organizational goals.
Experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering technology projects on time and within budget.
Preferred
Experience working in Education industry.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or IT service management (e.g., ITIL).
Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
