Responsibilities
Manage the direct sales process for strategic opportunities in the retail software vertical.
Drive business growth through channel partner networks and direct sales engagements.
Create and implement demand generation strategies to expand market presence and revenue.
Develop tailored sales plans to ensure sustainable growth and revenue delivery.
Expand and manage the Channel Partner Network , driving partner engagement and performance.
Assess partner needs, provide commercial and technical support , and validate progress regularly.
Deliver partner training in collaboration with Product Management and Marketing.
Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including C-Level executives .
Oversee customer lifecycle management, including account management, Quarterly Business Reviews , and upselling initiatives.
Act as the primary contact for contract negotiations, pricing approvals, and professional services.
Own sales forecasting, ensuring accurate updates in CRM systems .
Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor data, and consumer trends to improve penetration.
Achievement of revenue, profit, and partner growth targets.
High partner engagement and satisfaction scores.
Expansion of channel partner capabilities and market reach.

Required
10+ years of corporate sales experience in Direct Sales and Channel/Partner Management
Proven experience selling Retail Software Solutions
Strong expertise in managing full sales cycles, contract negotiations, and lead generation
Excellent relationship-building skills, including influencing at C-Level
Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce
Fluent in English
Resident and available to work in the USA
Willingness to travel as required, including occasional overnight stays
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification
