Responsibilities

Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Collaborate with cross-functional team to build a foundation for growth with marketing programs, demand gen campaigns, email marketing, paid strategies, and website optimization

Play a pivotal role in marketing and sales team strategies to exceed target revenue goals

Evaluate ROI and performance of existing programs and design strategies and demand gen campaigns

Manage, evaluate, and recommend Account-based marketing (ABM) strategies

Create engaging cross-channel content marketing with partners, media, and trade organizations

Design and create company’s presentations, marketing collateral, and go-to-market messaging

Collect and analyze data, design and execute campaigns

Assess existing marketing infrastructure and make recommendations to build a scalable, next-gen marketing operations platform

Required

5+ years of marketing operations leadership experience

Specialize in demand generation and growth marketing

Experience in using tools including marketing automation, content management systems (CMS), reporting, dashboards and analytic tools

Experience working with WordPress, HubSpot, Monday.com, Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn and Canva

Experience working in a SaaS environment

Able to work with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
