Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on the implementation and optimization of Slate for higher education institutions.
Assist client institutions in leveraging Slate to enhance admissions, retention, and advancement workflows.
Offer strategic consulting to maximize the value of Slate for colleges and universities.
Work closely with clients to deliver exceptional Slate services tailored to their needs and goals.
Collaborate with the Slate Practice Manager and team to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with project objectives.
Contribute to the growth and refinement of our internal Slate Practice capabilities.
Help define service offerings, create training materials, and establish support structures for the Slate team.
Drive the strategic direction of the Slate Practice, ensuring we remain leaders in innovation and best practices.

Proven expertise in the implementation and optimization of Slate in a higher education setting.
