Responsibilities
Evaluate LTD/IDI claims, review medical/occupational information, and make informed decisions.
Provide timely, empathetic communication with claimants and stakeholders.
Manage a caseload, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
Calculate benefits due, including Social Security offsets and return-to-work benefits.
Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution.

Required
3+ years of experience in LTD/IDI claims.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
