Responsibilities

Develop expert understanding of Lighthouse project workflows and related technology.

Assure quality, efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all aspects of the workflow.

Prepare and submit detailed project-related work orders to fulfill client requests.

Assist with other project management related activities, including and without limitation, preparing and updating project tracking reports and documentation, Relativity front end database work, quality control and client communication.

Build efficient team approach and facilitate effective communications both internally and externally.

Manage timelines and budget parameters.

Communicate proper expectations for scope, deadlines and costs.

Participate in department objectives, initiatives, and implementation.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s degree

Strong analytical and logical skills

Effective written and oral communication skills

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask

Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs

Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing and growing workload with a positive attitude

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships

Preferred

Masters or JD

Experience with electronic discovery and current technologies
