Responsibilities

Promote a culture of engineering excellence, using opportunities to reuse and innersource solutions where possible

Operate as a trusted advisor for a specific technology, platform or capability domain, helping to shape use cases and implementation in a unified manner

Required

Bachelor’s Degree

At least 7 years of software engineering or software development experience

At least 5 years of experience with public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud)

At least 1 year of experience developing applications that leverage Generative AI

Preferred

Master's Degree or Ph.D

7+ years of experience in Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript

7+ years of experience with a public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud)

5+ years of experience in AI framework libraries (TensorFlow, Pytorch, scikit-learn) and AI tooling platforms

5+ year of experience building scalable, distributed and high throughput systems

3+ years of experience with one or multiple areas of AI technology stack (some examples include: prompt engineering, guardrails, vector databases/knowledge bases, and AI UX (Conversational))

3+ years of experience designing and implementing benchmarks to measure the performance of software systems within AI capabilities and tooling selection

1+ years of experience of NLP, AIOps/MLOps, or AISecOps

1+ years of experience with CICD technologies
