Required
4+ years utility distribution design experience (15kV through to 500kV)
Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Strong communication skills to co-ordinate with project engineers, designers and client representatives
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel & Word
Preferred
5-15 years electrical utility distribution design experience
Professional Engineering License
Proficiency with AutoCAD (2016 or newer) software
Proficiency with MicroStation (V8 or newer)
Experience with O-Calc software
Experience with PLS-CADD software
Overhead and underground line design experience
Overhead and underground fiber design experience
Understanding of GIS and conceptual distribution layout
Utilization of distribution design experience to construct & determine routes for natural gas & electrical distribution lines
Ability to adhere to NESC & client requirements
Ability to work amongst a team to deliver projects on-time and within budget
