Responsibilities
Manage and monitor distribution partners’ performance and develop strategies to improve sales and revenue.
Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new distribution partners.
Travel to provide ongoing support and training to regional or global partners to ensure their success. Travel >30% on regular basis.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address any opportunities faced by partners.
Prepare and present regular reports on regional partner performance and sales metrics.
Participate in joint marketing and selling events in the regions managed by regional partners.

Required
5 - 10 years management experience with proven track record of managing and supporting a network of dealers or distributors, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.
Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating a distributor-based sales team, including setting goals, providing coaching, and performance assessments.
Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and business plans based on identified regional needs.
Experience in monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and implementing improvement plans.
Demonstrated expertise in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Experience in managing budgets and financial resources related to sales and dealer support activities.
Expertise in designing and delivering training programs for dealers and sales teams.
Experience in managing projects related to sales initiatives, product launches, or dealer network expansion.
Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of sales distribution strategies and implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to attract, build, and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.
Analytical skills to assess partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and market trends.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools.
Proactive and motivated individual to target and close sales with partners and their end customers.
Ability to prioritize daily work activities and work autonomously.
Strong desire to learn about Nel Hydrogen’s Industrial products and represent Nel within the industry.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate regularly with fellow team members and Nel Hydrogen’s management.
Professional approach to selling, understanding key client drivers and demonstrating Nel’s values to our partners and end customers.
Preferred
Engineering degree preferred, but will consider other technical degrees based on own work history.
Background in Engineering or Business Management is strongly preferred.
